At the heart of our program, is the unwavering commitment to addressing the pervasive under-representation of Black individuals within accounting, finance, investing, real estate, and other professions. We see a problem—a problem that has persisted for over a century, rooted in systemic barriers that limit opportunities for Black individuals.
Our innovation is a beacon of hope, designed for Black youth aged 11-22 who aspire to break these barriers. We offer mentorship, internships, job placement assistance, stipends, and coverage of exam fees. But more than that, we offer inspiration. We introduce young students to the professional world through immersive experiences, virtual reality career exploration, and direct interactions with Black professionals. We provide them with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to overcome the obstacles that have historically held them back.
What sets us apart is our holistic approach that spans from the formative years of middle and high school to post-secondary education. We forge connections with educational institutions, business professionals, employers, firms, associations, and organizations, creating a vast and supportive network. By bridging the gap at every stage, we empower Black individuals to thrive in the professions, fostering diversity and inclusion within the business community.
